ABOUT US:
Bracelets for America was started shortly after the 9-11-01 attack, to honor and remember the lives lost on 9-11-01. From Sept. 2001 to January 2004, 100% of the profits from 9-11 bracelet sales went to various charitable Sept. 11 funds, and also provided bracelets at no cost to many families.
Bracelets for America continues to donate and help raise funds for 9-11 related foundations and continues to provide bracelets to immediate family members at no cost and discounts.
Military bracelets have become an important part of our business. We are able to discount orders of 10 or more, and we make contributions to service funds.
SIZING:
Bracelets are available in 2 sizes - 6" and 7" (both are 1/2" wide). The 6" size fits a very small wrist. The 7" regular size fits most wrists, as it can be bent out to fit a large wrist, or bent tightly to fit a smaller wrist. If you are unsure what size bracelet you wear you can measure your wrist with a tape measure, or use a string and measure the string with a ruler. If you wrist is 6-1/4" or less, the 6" bracelet will fit you comfortably.

CUSTOM ORDERS:
Custom orders are available for any of the bracelets. Please e-mail or call to discuss
possibilities.
The time it takes to make a custom order can vary. It can take anywhere from 4-10 weeks, the usual time being 4-6 weeks. Orders of 50 or more can be expedited for additional charge.
SHIPPING TIME AND METHOD:
Stocked merchandise is usually shipped out within a week. Shipping time for custom or
special orders can vary - usually anywhere from 4-6 weeks, but at times could take longer.
It is possible to rush an order if an expedite fee is added.
Overnight shipping is available. Shipments are usuallly via USPS, but orders can be
shipped via UPS or FedEx.

RETURNS:
Customer satisfaction is important. Stocked merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 14 days, shipping cost excluded. Custom orders can be returned or redone only if there is error due to fault of Bracelets for America or my manufacturer.
